Wes Hines, Interim Associate Dean for Research & Technology and professor of nuclear engineering, recently accepted a position on the Board of Directors of the Prognostics and Health Management Society. This group is dedicated to promoting the development, growth and recognition of prognostics and health management as an engineering discipline.

Wes Hines, associate dean for research and technology in the College of Engineering, and adjunct assistant professors Brandon Rasmussen and David Holcomb in the department of Nuclear Engineering, were members of a panel of 17 experts who authored a recent International Atomic Energy Agency Report entitled “Online Monitoring for Improving Performance of Nuclear Power Plants Part 1: Instrument Channel Monitoring.”
