A research paper by Tracie Woidtke, associate professor in the College of Business Administration’s Finance Department is featured on the Harvard Law School Corporate Governance (HLSCG) Blog. Woitke’s paper entitled “Do Boards Pay Attention when Institutional Investor Activists ‘Just Vote No’?” was selected by the editors for its value to their readers.
