Gregory D. Reed, associate vice chancellor for research and professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, has been elected Fellow of the National Society of Professional Engineers. He is a former president of the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers and is currently president of the Tennessee Engineering Foundation.
