Tomasi Casagrande and Carly Mills Kramer, students in the College of Law, provided the supporting memorandum for a June 2012 opinion by the Tennessee Attorney General that outlines the legal framework permitting 17-year-old students to complete a GED program if they are at risk of failing to graduate from high school.
