Glenn H. Reynolds, the Beauchamp Brogan Distinguished Professor of Law, recently published an article in the Northwestern University Law Review on the scope and power of the vice presidency: “Is Dick Cheney Unconstitutional?” An abbreviated version of the article ran on the New York Times op-ed page on October 28. Reynolds, a highly creative and eclectic scholar, regularly publishes in traditional law reviews and on op-ed pages, he serves as a commentator in print and electronic news media, and he is one of the world’s best-know bloggers. His blog site, InstaPundit.com, at times has been the most popular blog site in the world. Reynolds is also a regular contributor to Popular Mechanics and Forbes.com.
